Good selection of quality products. Wonderful to see an array of local produce. There are health-ish foods, including a very good kombucha from Nova Scotia, Cove. Good cheese selection. There are also some British sweets, and heritage Canadian brands of biscuits and such. Fun.

Every week there are excellent specials and even items which don't have sales on them the prices are actually pretty good aswell as they have frozen,fresh and straight from the butcher's options
